Spare pArts Art Exhibit

Monday, September 30th, 2013

At the AMS Bike Co-op, we’re all about encouraging anyone and everyone to get into bikes. We believe that cycling is part of a strong, sustainable and vibrant community – our annual art show, Spare pArts, celebrates this in a unique way. Showcasing pieces from local artists as well as everyday folks who stopped by our community art making sessions and got their hands dirty with glitter and grease, Spare pArts is about bringing people together to enjoy art inspired by (even made of!) bicycles. The show culminates in a Closing Night Gala (19+) on Friday, October 18th, complete with live performance art and refreshments, where select pieces from the show will be on auction to raise funds for the AMS Bike Co-op.
